My stay at this hotel was absolutely lovely. The rooms were so nice and comfortable, though they were not completely made up the second night of our stay. The location was very convenient, being right next to the BART track, but there was a bit of a cigarette smoke smell. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff, though the issue of a bunch of cars being broken into if parked ourselves was not a great first impression.

My stay at Embassy Suites was a mix of comfort and inconvenience. The rooms were huge and spacious, perfect for a family of four, but they weren't ready at the 4 pm check-in time, which was a bit frustrating. The cigarette smoke smell lingered, which wasn't pleasant, but overall, the space was very comfortable.
